Cardiff Half Marathon 2018 Live

Gabby Logan presents live coverage of the Cardiff University Cardiff Half Marathon. The Welsh capital plays host to the inaugural Commonwealth Half Marathon Championships in the event's 15th year. Teams from across the Commonwealth join athletes from the home nations. Wales are led by the talented Dewi Griffiths, who finished fourth last year, while 2016 European 5,000m bronze medalist Stephanie Twell represents Scotland, and England fields Ben Connor and Gemma Steel. Thousands of runners also line up in front of Cardiff Castle to take part. Additionally, the weekend's festival of running includes a 13-mile course and a family fun-run.
