Richard Farnes conducts the BBC Symphony Orchestra and Chorus, with soloists Golda Schultz, making her Prom debut, and Johan Reuter. The evening starts by marking Thea Musgrave's 90th birthday with her dramatic and mysterious single-movement piece Phoenix Rising.
