Among the world-class athletes expected to compete at the Stade de la Pontaise are American sprint king Christian Coleman, double Olympic 800m gold medallist Caster Semenya, pole vault stars Renaud Lavillenie and Katerina Stefanidi, and high jump world champion Mutaz Essa Barshim.
