Breaking Point

Mentally ill patients who hoped to get better in an NHS hospital describe a unit at breaking point. They tell reporter Fiona Walker that they were pinned to the floor in agony and bullied on wards where illegal drugs are rife. The investigation lifts the lid on the troubled Carseview psychiatric care unit in Dundee, which is already under scrutiny for allegations that it has failed suicidal patients.
