This is the first time Warrington have taken on the Canadian side, who are the world's first transatlantic rugby league team. They are currently flying high in the Championship - the second tier of rugby league in England - despite their season being organised into 'blocks' of away games and home games to avoid repeated journeys across the Atlantic. They will, however, face a big step up in class against Super League outfit Warrington, who reached the quarter-finals of the Challenge Cup last season before losing a thrilling game against Wigan Warriors 27-26.
