Justin makes an unexpected offer, while Susan is delighted.

Neil's disappointed that he won't be getting a hot lunch today as Susan's got to work, but he mustn't grumble, not unless he wants to chip in more money for the Lent appeal. Susan admits she was tempted to 'chuck a few quids in' when Cecil Jackson came into the shop and was being as fussy as ever.

After a slow start Fallon and Nic's stall at the Darrington Vintage Fair gets busy. Nic is glad that Clarrie's coasters have sold - Fallon tells her she's a brilliant saleswoman, she could sell anything and asks if she would like to try out her sales skills at the next upcycling event.

Helen speaks to Susan about how she's been feeling at work. Susan tells her it's really Neil she's worried about, he makes himself out to be as tough as old boots but all the outdoor work is getting to him. She admits that's the reason she's so keen for the kefir to take off.

Later, Helen offers Susan the role of managing the kefir. Susan is delighted.

Justin asks Neil for some advice on recruiting staff for the Berrow Farm pig unit, perhaps he could give Justin's team some pointers about what makes a good pig man? Neil tells him that the most important quality a pig unit manager needs is "pig-sense". It is then that Justin asks Neil if he'd like the job. Neil is flabbergasted, especially at the salary!
