Three Day St Patrick's Festival

St Patrick's Day festival should become a three-day weekend event to rival some of the world's largest cities.
According to a report from Feile an Phobail - The West Belfast community organisation has said that the current celebration lacks ambition and should learn from other cities from around the world with greater emphasis on music and dance, St Patrick's Day-themed tours and more performance art alongside concerts and parades.
"Next St Patrick's Day from 12-2 wear your Celtic shirt and at 2 o'clock wear your Rangers shirt... I think you'd get a warmer reaction with a Celtic shirt on." UUP's Chris McGimpsey on Belfast Paddy's Day celebrations

Stolen Car In Collision With Police - Victim Claimed Against

Earlier in the week we discussed the story of a mother-of-two whose car was stolen and involved in a collision with police.
The Irish News had reported Tracey Mackin had been left "deeply distressed" after being told one of the officersis claiming against her insurance.
The car was stopped on the Falls Road after officers slowed it with a 'stinger' device before a collision involving the carand police vehicle at Millfield.
