Have you got Holly in your house this Christmas? The prickly green plant, with its red berries is a popular decoration for those looking to enliven their homes with a little Christmas spirit. But where did this tradition begin? Why do we deck our halls with boughs of holly foliage every December?

Rachael Garside visits a nursery full of different types of Holly plants. We discover more about holly in the wild and help put up some festive decorations at St Fagans National Museum of History where we learn some Holly Folklore. Finally Rachael learns how to make a wreath!
