The first build on offer is in Redhill, Surrey, where Heidi and Ollie want to reconfigure their bathroom and build a new en suite on a budget of £8,000. They must choose between Wayne and Steph's idea to create a girl station for their four daughters, Simon and John, who suggest a shower straight off the bedroom, or lone wolf Elliot, who thinks a wet room is the way to go.

Meanwhile, in Bury, Greater Manchester, Simon and Caroline have a dilapidated hallway that desperately needs an overhall. The builders come up with three different designs, but of course only one pair can win the job.
