Presented by Ayo Akinwolere. Rickets, caused by a lack of Vitamin D, is a disease believed to have died out as diet improved and slums were demolished. As Inside Out West Midlands discovers, the disease is back, and there is growing evidence that too little Vitamin D can cause a variety of other conditions and even fatalities.
