Things are awkward between Alistair and Shula even though he has apologised for yesterday. Alistair thinks it's best for Oliver to stay at Grey Gables, but he feels awful about his tactless remark about Caroline earlier in the week.

Phoebe reveals to Lily there was a problem with the condom during her night with Constantin. Lily insists on driving Phoebe to a discreet pharmacy she knows near Borchester, for the morning after pill.

Kenton recounts his birthday trip to Jill who seems rather grumpy. She is stressing over the number of campaigns which are contacting her. Later, Jill gets held up at a meeting which makes her late to tend to the bees. Kirsty points out to Jill that she can only take on so much otherwise she'll make herself ill.

Shula is terrified that Alistair might be gambling again. Kenton presses her to ask Alistair - knowing has got to be better than not knowing. Alistair comes clean to Shula. He's been meeting his GA sponsor to try to resist the temptation to fall into gambling again. Matt has threatened to tell all to Anisha. Shula tells him they must stick together.
