Alistair's mind is elsewhere, and Kirsty fears the worst.
Alistair is stressed not only by a high workload but also by the time Anisha is spending working for Matt Crawford. He doesn't understand why Anisha can't see through Matt's slick act. Alistair is on the cusp of voicing his fear to Shula when Jill enters.
Anisha tries to brighten Alistair's mood by saying she can catch up with their practice work this week and Matt has been paying very promptly. An annoyed David rings - Alistair should be at Brookfield already. David is shocked to see Alistair almost inject the wrong cow and corrects him just in time. Later, David rings Shula and asks if Alistair is OK.
Kirsty and Jill are thrilled that the fete raised around £2,500 for the Happy Friends Café. They chat about the barbecue that is being held for the fruit pickers, in the wake of yesterday's fight. Kirsty learns that Jill is being approached by various campaigns and causes and concerned someone may take advantage of her.
Back from Brookfield, Alistair's in an even worse mood. He tersely rejects Shula's invite to lunch with Oliver tomorrow. Later, Anisha leaves an angry voicemail for Alistair. He's supposed to be on call but he's not answering so she is having to drop everything to cover him. Where the hell is he?
