Emma feels outnumbered, and Matt dangles the bait.

Anisha's focused on the positive side of working for Matt. Whatever Alistair's objections it's a chance to make fantastic contacts. And she doesn't appreciate Rex's, or any other man's, suggestion that she can't handle Matt. At Newmarket, Matt insists on filming all her work, and boasts about his budget for racing stock. He casually mentions that Latif might join them next time.

Kenton congratulates Fallon on buying Woodbine Cottage. She's already planning to replace Christine's decor. Emma longs for a place of her own to decorate. She's been looking online at the plans for the Bridge Farm housing. Fallon is sceptical - there are so many local objections. She can see why people think it will ruin the village. And unlike the pig unit it'll be on agricultural land. Emma hardly thinks that matters against giving her family a home.

Shula pours out her woes to Kenton. She's worried about Oliver, and also dealing with her own grief for Caroline. Alistair's conflict with Anisha isn't helping and Shula feels that he's taking it out on her. She has no idea what to do.
