There is a knot to unravel at the Dower House, and Harrison presents his offer.

Since Jill was arrested by Harrison she's been approached to join all sorts of charitable campaigns. Harrison is still being teased about it, but she assures him he did her a favour. It has been such good publicity for the Happy Friends Café. Harrison has good news for Christine. He and Fallon are able to buy Woodbine. Christine confirms they can have it.

Justin receives his decree nisi, meaning he can finally consign Miranda to the past. If only the same could be said for Matt. Lilian thinks Lower Loxley would be a good venue for their wedding if they have it in December. She's also confident that Matt will soon be gone for good, and points out that apologising to Justin can't have been easy for him.

When Lilian mentions that the Dower House is not in her name, Justin discovers that his home is technically owned by Matt, even though now it's in trust for Lilian. Justin is appalled. Lilian explains that Matt made the arrangements before he went to prison. Justin tells Lilian to inform the trustees that he plans to buy the house: this situation can't continue!
