The humble pair of trainers have been integral to presenter John Rutledge’s wardrobe. Though at the age of 40, he’s starting to wonder if he’s just too old to pull off the look.

John Rutledge is facing a dilemma. He’s been obsessed with trainers since the playground explosion of the 80's, but now at the tender age of 40 is he too old to wear them?
