Fabio & Grooverider compile a drum and bass playlist

Fabio & Grooverider join Tom to make the ultimate D&B playlist using listener suggestions.

As well as this, with music of their own choice, they tell the story of their career and along the way give a flavour of what the scene was like in the 90's. In the last half hour of the show they go into the mix, turning 6 Music into a D&B Sunday Rave up, and to really transport us back to a warehouse in south condo in the 90's.

Both starting our separately in the 80's as DJ's and producers in their own right, it was not until 1991 that as a duo they would really make their mark. That year, Grooverider and Fabio took up a residency at the 'Rage' event at the London venue, Heaven. This is where they made a name for themselves, going no to become synonymous with the D&B scene, so much so they had a Radio 1 show from 1998-2012.
