Lucy is in Catford in south easy London to follow progress on a one-bedroom flat its new owners hope to turn into a two-bed. Dion is in Wigton in Cumbria looking at a house with a flying freehold, and Martin is in a large end-of-terrace house in Blackpool close to the tower and illuminations.
