Ken, her much older driving instructor, has understandable doubts about his pupil's chances. But he also finds himself increasingly drawn to his client.
Their unlikely friendship develops over the course of Nat's final week before her test - despite, or perhaps because of, the distractions provided by Nat's needy and larger-than-life mother, Suki.
