Avian Flu - Wale's rural affairs secretary says the risk of more cases of avian flu in poultry and other birds may increase in the weeks ahead. Lesley Griffiths says spring migration could increase the chances of further cases. It follows confirmation earlier in the week that a wild duck had died from the disease in Conwy.

Tidal Lagoon - an independent report for the proposed £1.3 billion tidal lagoon in Swansea Bay this week recommended the UK government give it the go ahead. We hear from our Environment correspondent Steffan Messenger.

Running Trails - it's the time of year when we get out and decide keep fit. To mark Visit Wales' Year of Adventure two new running trails opened in the woodlands just north of Machynlleth last year and our reporter Huw Jenkins ventures out on a training night with Cerist triathlon club.

Adventures - Getting out in the countryside is one great adventure as last year's initiative proved . Taking the idea to extremes though was adventurer Tori James who has nearly completed her challenge to have 60 adventures

Year of Legends - following on from 'The Year of Adventure', 2017 has been marked by the Welsh Government as 'The Year of Legends'. As a nation steeped in myths and legends the idea is to showcase Wales as the place to visit for the cultural and heritage experience. But will it take off and are we ready?
