Running Trails - it's the time of year when we get out and decide keep fit. To mark Visit Wales' Year of Adventure two new running trails opened in the woodlands just north of Machynlleth last year and our reporter Huw Jenkins ventures out on a training night with Cerist triathlon club.

As a nation steeped in myths and legends the idea is to showcase Wales as the place to visit for the cultural and heritage experience. But will it take off and are we ready?
