Kirsty has unwanted company, and Freddie is full of regret.

Susan explains to Jim that her family photo shoot has made her think more carefully about her appearance - she's wearing a new lipstick and put a few stitches in her shop tabard. The selected photos are now hanging in Ambridge View and Susan shows Jim photos, taken from a number of angles, of their display. When Johnny buys some discounted beers, he uncomfortably asks if something's wrong with Susan's tabard - it looks kind of rucked up.

Freddie is feeling bad after telling Elizabeth that he got a C in his Maths resit when he in fact got a D. Johnny tries to get him to look forward to the party they'll be having at Lower Loxley but Freddie isn't that impressed by Lily's plans for it.

Helen heads to the Country Park in the hope of tracking down Kirsty after being tipped off from Roy. Kirsty is annoyed and spells out that she does not want to discuss the baby. After a while, Kirsty is more willing to open up about her fears of being pregnant with Tom's child. In the bird hide, she tells Helen she has told Tom to back off, and she's still hurt by how they're relationship ended on their wedding day. Kirsty has told her parents her pregnancy is the result of a one night stand with a stranger. Helen points out that at least Tom is no Rob.
