Lilian helps Jennifer prepare for hosting evening drinks at Home Farm. Miranda has been undermining Lilian by minimising her professional role - and Justin has gone along with it. Lilian has heard nothing from Justin directly and is convinced their affair must be over.

Justin catches Rob as he's about to head home from work and asks him about the confidential report he's requested. Rob hasn't got round to it yet, he's had rather a lot on including sorting the details of his divorce. Justin suggests he makes a start now.
Brian worries that Lilian will make things awkward at their drinks in celebration of buying the Estate land. Jennifer tells him it'll be fine. Lilian joins them, looking like a million dollars. Later, while Jennifer and Brian occupy Miranda, Justin apologises to Lilian for his silence. He doesn't want their affair to end but they'll have to be more careful.

As Rob reaches his front door, his former employee Stefan appears. Rob reminds Stefan that he was quite clear - he never wanted to see Stefan again. He paid Stefan to leave the country after the flood. Stefan is back for more money and threatens to tell Justin and the police all about what happened in the flood.
