Justin comes clean, and Alistair has company.

Eddie wants Neil to help him out with a job, but Neil fears he'll never see any money for it. An old widower chap has just moved in. He's called Cecil but prefers 'Mr Jackson'. Neil tells Eddie he and Susan have almost decided on a photographer for the family portrait. There are two options which are both expensive. Neil's also still on his strict diet, and steals a flapjack from Eddie.

Anisha joins Alistair on his rounds. She's keen to know that Alistair's interested in a partnership, rather than selling. Alistair points out he is, but mentions a partnership that turned sour, with Theo - done for supplying ketamine to a dealer. Anisha asks Alistair about the equine work he does. She could develop that side of the practice. She touches on getting her own valuation done.

Lilian tells Justin about Rob wanting to rent an Amside property. Justin says he may have mentioned something was becoming available which Lilian can't believe. Later, Justin asks Lilian about lunch but she wants to get away. He apologises if he was insensitive earlier. Lilian points out how it would look to her family if she became Rob's landlord. Justin can only see the positive but leaves it up to Lilian to decide.
