Alison Moyet + Classic Vids

Sara Cox is weak in the presence of Alison Moyet, as she joins Sara to relive her 80s Yazoo and solo hits, alongside a host of classic pop videos from the decade to watch.

Alison talks about her formative years as a teenage punk, meeting the boys from Depeche Mode and hooking up with Vince Clarke to form Yazoo. She speaks warmly and passionately about the unfortunate break-up of the band and how they were later reunited. Life goes on into her solo career kicking off with a bidding war to sign her, the creation of her album Alf, her subsequent releases and writing with Eurythmics' Dave Stewart.

There's a chance to see her videos for Yazoo song Don't Go and solo track Is This Love?, before Alison leads us through how life is being back on the road.
