Rob asks for a favour, and there is an argument in The Bull.

Glum Rex pours his heart out to Josh about Pip and Toby. Josh admits to his own reservations; he wouldn't want to see Pip hurt. Rex assures Josh he'll be watching Toby.

David concedes Josh got their new mower at a good price. When Josh asks for commission, David suggests they split the saving. That's £400 for Josh, with which he is delighted.

Rob's an unwelcome visitor to the Ambridge Tearoom. He tries to persuade Emma to entice Henry to come and see him so that he can give him a card. Appalled Emma rebuts his attempts to persuade her. Rob spits that they're all on Helen's side now and tears up the card.

At The Bull, Kenton and Jazzer discuss the friendly match arranged with Darrington. Rob joins them in a black mood. He's still seething over the card incident with Emma, and won't let it drop. Kenton doesn't want to hear, and tells Rob his next drink will be his last for the evening. Tipsy Rob bumps into Emma, and at first tries to sweet talk her. But things turn nasty and Rob lurches towards her. Sensing the threat of violence, Jazzer steps in, and he and David manoeuvre protesting Rob out of the door, recommending he doesn't come back.
