Could it be the end of Mister and Missus? A council in England is to introduce the title Mx, on forms. Oxford City Council has been praised for introducing the gender neutral title. It has approved plans to include Mx as an option on paperwork, alongside traditional terms such as Miss, Ms, Mrs and Mr. It's to make the council more trans-inclusive.
