With our stunning landscape of coast, hills and valleys Wales has plenty of outdoor pursuits to enjoy, historical attractions to visit and a vibrant foodie scene. This is 2016 - Wales' Year of Adventure. Rachael Garside is going on her own adventure with TYF, one of the UK's most experienced adventure operators, based near St David's and celebrating 30 years of guiding people through various outdoor activities in Pembrokeshire.
