Already snowed under with a packed and understaffed AAU, Fletch is out of sympathy when he treats a drug addict making light of his situation. But when Mikey strikes a bond with the patient, Fletch gets more than he bargained for.
Isaac finds his confidence knocked when he treats a mouthy teenager. As Ric watches on unimpressed, Isaac strives to prove himself both professionally and personally.
