Police refuse to take down Billy Wright poster in Dungannon, saying it is a balance of rights of one community over the other.
A poster of loyalist killer Billy Wright glorifying murders has been hung in Dungannon - but the PSNI say they won't take it down as not everyone will find it offensive. Under a picture of Wright it says "I would look back and say Cappagh was probably my best" - a reference to the murder of three IRA members and one civilian in a bar in 1991.

Stormont Executive publishes £50million plan to tackle paramilitary activity.
A £50 million plan to tackle paramilitary activity in Northern Ireland has been published by the Stormont Executive. Ministers have agreed to a range of educational and community schemes aimed at deterring young people who are at risk of involvement in paramilitarism. They also accepted proposals to help ex-paramilitary prisoners applying to travel, to adopt and to access loans.

A border poll is now possible - that was the big claim from the Irish prime minister yesterday. Taoiseach Enda Kenny said the triggering of a border poll required "clear evidence of a majority of people wishing to leave the UK and join the Republic". But unionists have been quick to dismiss the claim.
