Jails in Wales and England should follow the example of Parc near Bridgend in using father-child relationships to promote rehabilitation - according to the prisons minister.
Earlier this week, Parc's family unit was described as "radical and innovative" by prison inspectors.
Eye on Wales' presenter Nelli Bird has been given special access to the unit.
