One of them is a hoarder with a passion for character features while the other wants a minimalist home. With a budget of 550,000 pounds, they want at least four bedrooms, a room big enough for an enormous music collection and at least two separate reception rooms. A huge kitchen-diner is a must, while a big country garden is a must not!
