Passbook Bank Accounts

Dom hears from three pensioners who all thought they had savings in passbook bank accounts, only to discover their money had disappeared. They say they did not withdraw their savings, but the banks are adamant they did. Dom takes up the fight and challenges the bank in question - but are these three cases actually part of a much bigger problem?
