Jonathan Smith - Abandoned

French sculptor Rodin stays in Cheltenham with his secretary and mistress, but his true love is in an asylum. Stars Freddie Jones.

In 1914 at the age of 74, French sculptor Auguste Rodin spent a few weeks in a guest house in Cheltenham with his secretary Judith and his mistress Rose.

But the love of his life, Camille Claudel, was left behind in a lunatic asylum in France...
