Aaron Shah became captivated by Australia as a child after watching grainy home videos of his grandmother's holidays in the country. Decades later, he was convinced his family's future lay down under.
Persuading partner Amy to move to the other side of the world, however, wasn't going to be easy - she'd lived in the same area all her life, and had close relatives nearby. In 2014, Aaron had his best ever shot at fulfilling his lifelong dream when the couple spent a trial week living in Adelaide.
