Dairy Farmer - Throughout the year our reporter, Chris Dearden has been following the trials and tribulations of a farmer who has been developing a dairy herd from scratch amid challenging times for the industry. Huw Clwyd, who farms in the lower Conwy Valley had just started converting his farm from sheep and beef cattle to dairy cows when the price of milk dropped in autumn last year. His first year as a milk producer is now drawing to a close and his cows have just stopped producing milk until the spring.

Jabajak vineyard and restaurant near Whitland in Carmarthenshire has produced 1500 bottles of its still white wine eight years after planting the first vines - and might send one to the US president
