In More Detail.....

Rural Wales is one of the worst affected areas in the UK when it comes to local bank branch closures. That's according to the Campaign for Community Banking Services which says the situation is worsening - in 2013 there were 222 closures across the UK but this year that figure is expected to surpass 650. But with the age of internet banking do rural communities need to have a bank branch? Rachael Garside joins the NatWest mobile bank from Blaenau Ffestiniog to Tywyn to count the cost of bank closures to people living in the countryside.
