More about the programme

Is Wales wasting talent through its failure to attract more women into a career in engineering?

The country currently has the lowest proportion of female chartered engineers in Great Britain.

Barely one in twenty chartered engineers working in Wales are women - compared to one in four in Sweden.

Eye on Wales talks to women who have bucked that trend and made engineering both their passion and their profession and finds out what they thinks needs to be done to recruit more women into their ranks.

Presented by Kayley Thomas.
