YoungMinds is committed to improving the mental health of children and
young people across the UK. On average
three children in every classroom will suffer from a mental health disorder.
We influence policy and
practice, give a voice to hundreds of young people, and provide information and
advice to young people, parents and professionals.
The Parents Helpline
We provide a free and confidential service for any adult worried about
the mental health of a child or young person under the age of 25. Our team of advisors and mental health
specialists advise over 10,000 adults a year helping them to improve the mental
health of their child.

forgotten the kind voice during my darkest time.My daughter is now happily married with a
career and children due in no small part to the help and support I received on
