We hear from Olympic curling medallists Eve Muirhead and David Murdoch and go behind the scenes at one of the biggest matches in Scottish ice hockey as the Fife Flyers visit the Braehead Clan.
The show also features swimmers Robbie Renwick and Ross Murdoch as well as athlete Lynsey Sharp.
