Gillian Russell and fitness trainer Ross Stewart meet Fiona White and John Moy, who are in their fifties and want to get fit but lack motivation.

Lots of us want to get fit, lose weight and lead a healthier life ... but just never quite get round to it. Why? What's stopping us? Fear of failure, tiredness, long working hours, kids, body image, laziness, bad habits - but are they reasons or excuses?

Fiona White and John Moy are both in their 50s. They're desperate to get fit and healthy but are lacking in motivation to make the changes. Gillian Russell and the Personal Best team meet them to hear their stories and find out just what's stopping them. With the help of fitness trainer Ross Stewart, Fiona and John are on a mission to rediscover their own personal best!
