Tottenham host Stoke, looking to avenge back-to-back defeats last season. West Ham begin their final Premier League season at Upton Park with the visit of Leicester, while Swansea entertain Newcastle, boasting a six-game unbeaten run against them.
The day's other fixtures see Southampton play Everton, Norwich travel to Sunderland and Watford face West Bromwich Albion. Plus highlights of Manchester United's trip to Aston Villa on Friday night.
