Boxing manager Frank Maloney took fighters from obscurity to stardom, including former world heavyweight champion, Lennox Lewis. Then, in August 2014, Frank revealed to the world that he was transgender, was undergoing gender re-alignment surgery and had begun to live life as a woman called Kellie.
