In the first of a brand new series, the Adventure Show heads to the Borders for the Bowhill Duathlon. This is a back-to-basics event, with the mountain biking and trail running firmly off-road. And this year Michael Stewart has volunteered to join over 200 other competitors as they face a mixture of mud, sleet and snow.
Also in this edition, the Adventure Show brings you a bird's eye view of stunning landscapes and there is a look ahead to the World Orienteering Championships, which Scotland is hosting this year. The programme also includes a moving report from Nepal with James Lamb from Fife.
