Matt is out and about with housing officer Andrew in Suffolk as he returns to the scene of the grime, checking up on a council tenant whose track record on keeping his house clean leaves much to be desired. Officers in Oxford uncover a pair of neighbouring properties with a shocking electrical set-up, and in Stevenage Matt finds a makeshift bedroom that's got the tenants of a high-rise down in the dumps.
