Postman's Knock
David Hepworth remembers the ancient teenage ritual of Postman's Knock. It was how boys met girls in the early 1960s. Not long afterwards etiquette changed and the old rules of dating were abandoned. But now, in the age of social networking and hook-up culture, they're back.
