Full reaction to Ed Miliband launching Labour's election manifesto with a pledge of no 'additional borrowing'.
Ed Miliband has said Labour will "change the way the country is run and who it is run for" as he launched the party's election manifesto. The Conservatives say Labour have "no plan to clear the deficit".
