Full reaction to Ed Miliband launching Labour's election manifesto with a pledge of no 'additional borrowing'.

Ed Miliband has said Labour will "change the way the country is run and who it is run for" as he launched the party's election manifesto. The Conservatives say Labour have "no plan to clear the deficit". Elsewhere in the show Adrian hears from a former British chess champion as a chess Grandmaster is facing a ban from the game after being accused of heading to the toilet so he could use a mobile phone to cheat.
