They chat to Clare Balding about Saturday's Boat Race, which for the first time in history will see the female crews racing on the same route as the men. Clare has made a film about women's achievements in sport. Carrie Grant is live from Ladies Day at Aintree, where she speaks to top women jockeys Katie Walsh and Nina Carberry. Joe Crowley looks at how a group of entrepreneurs has come up with a healthier version of the fried chicken shop, while street barber Michael Douglas takes his scissors along to Downing Street. Jimmy Somerville chats about his new disco album and performs his 1984 classic Smalltown Boy live.
