But there are growing fears about security for Jewish people in the wake of recent attacks and racial abuse abroad.
Security guard fraud
Thousands of licensed security guards could be working in the UK fraudulently after buying qualifications for cash, a BBC London Inside Out investigation has found.
Jobseekers must sit mandatory exams to get a Security Industry Authority card.
But undercover researchers infiltrated colleges happy to sit or forge exams for untrained students in return for money.
