Royal Blood come to the 6 Music Festival fresh from a Mercury nomination and a career-defining performance at Reading & Leeds. Heavy guitar riffs with a hint of blues make addictive tracks that have gained support from the likes of the Arctic Monkeys and Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page and are revitalising the UK rock scene.

Jungle are a modern soul musical collective who've evolved from an enigmatic beginning, and a place on the BBC's Sound of 2014 longlist. Founded by Tom McFarland and Josh Lloyd-Watson, the duo originally kept their identities secret, building up their fan base by the power of their music and videos that quickly went viral. They've since expanded to a seven-piece band for live performances.

Don Letts sets Sunday nights alight on BBC Radio 6 Music with his choice of Crucial Vinyl.
