Team captains Matt Dawson and Phil Tufnell are joined by football pundit Robbie Savage, World Cup-winning rugby captain Katy McLean, Commonwealth champion cyclist Alex Dowsett and Welsh Olympic sprinter Christian Malcolm.

The show reviews the sporting year as well as looking back at previous awards ceremonies.
