Adrienne expresses a morbid interest in ending her life and asks Serena to pull the plug. Serena refuses. But when Adrienne insists she doesn't want her life prolonged if her condition deteriorates, Serena faces a painful dilemma.
Michael's keen to extend his stay at Holby to avoid returning to the US scandal he's left behind. But will working with Fleur on a complicated double limb reattachment provide the opportunity for Michael to sink or swim?
Adele finds it tricky balancing her student nurse coursework with her day job. Jesse sympathises with Adele's situation and offers friendly advice. But over a post-work drink, it seems he could also have a hidden agenda.
